Based in Ottawa, Three Cheers Cupcakes is a small bakery that specializes in making the ultimate old-fashioned comfort food: cupcakes! Just like your grandma would, we bake our specialty gourmet cupcakes using only the freshest and most natural ingredients available. We pride ourselves on both the tantalizing taste of our goodies and our creativity. You'll fall in love at first bite!

Our Philosophy

Three Cheers Cupcakes strives to be socially responsible by sourcing ingredients locally and supporting independent businesses as much as we can. We are environmentalists and only use the finest, freshest, and most natural ingredients available. Our staple ingredients include organic flour, organic fairly traded dark chocolate, as well as exquisite pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla. Simply put, our cupcakes are completely free of artificial ingredients –we even make our own food colouring! The result is a delicious, all-natural cupcake that will make you smile. Who says simplicity can’t be beautiful?

The founders of Three Cheers Cupcakes are Dee Newman and Kristin Ferguson, two gals who have been best pals since grade one. We were inspired to launch this venture when we moved to Ottawa and discovered the array of wonderful bakeries but serious lack of gourmet cupcakes. What were we to do? Well, when a problem needs solving, sometimes it’s best to take matters into your own hands. That’s just what we did!
